🔹 Key Achievements:
Year 1: Guided the team to a semi-final appearance, implementing a modern game model and leadership culture while unifying a diverse playing group.
Year 2: Captured the Championship Title, finishing the season as Community Grade Minor Premiers. The club was recognized for its discipline, cohesion, and growth under pressure.
Year 3: Returned to the Grand Final, narrowly finishing as Runners-Up, affirming the club’s reputation as one of WA’s strongest community rugby sides.
🔹 Leadership & Legacy:
Developed and implemented a 3-year performance strategy, blending elite systems with grassroots values.
Built a mentorship structure pairing senior players with emerging talent to embed culture and accountability.
Oversaw recruitment, player welfare, injury management, and off-field development.
Elevated the club’s profile through strong social media presence, community engagement, and results.
